In a shocking move, NBC television network recently took any mention of God out of national history. This month, NBC edited the words “under God” from the Pledge of Allegiance in its lead-up to coverage to the U.S. Open at Congressional Country Club. This happened not once, but twice.

The blatant omission reveals NBC’s real anti-religious bigotry. And while the NBC has said they were sorry, this continuous disregard for Americas Christian heritage is outrageous.

DefendChristians.org has joined coalition demanding that NBC fire the person who omitted “under God” from the Pledge.

Our Republic was founded on God-given rights that no government can take away. The overwhelming majority of citizens in America self-identify as Christians, some 80%. Trying to appease a fringe atheist minority by making our national motto godless is outrageous.
