In a sign of things to come in America, Duke Amachree, a husband and father of three, was fired from his job as a Why? Because he made a compassionate comment to a client who was suffering with a terminal illness. Duke asked if she considered praying to God for healing. The woman complained and the local township fired him. Now Duke and some fellow Christians are on a mission to get his job back. They have purchased a bus advertisement and started a petition campaign. On the night the council meets to consider Duke’s fate, there will be a candle-light vigil in front of the town hall. Discrimination against Christians in Britain is to the point where acts of Christian compassion are grounds for firing someone. TAKE ACTION: Help Duke get his job back.
